The avengers
I got to go to the movie for free thanks to my local Accra dealership. It was so bad ass that I almost offered to pay anyways… Almost.

I thought I was gonna have to be carted off to the emergency room last night.
I found a good workout partner and a gym that directly located between my day life and my night life. I liked this combo so much that we headed back to the gym Saturday morning. We were pushin ourselves while trying to mind our injuries, which isn’t an eazy to do. Fast forward to 1200am when i’m getting out of the movies. I feel a sharp pain in my abs as i was getting behind the wheel and a second later, it wrapped around to my spine and spazed so hard that I couldn’t breathe. I’ve experienced something like that before, but this time it lasted so long that my lips started to turn blue and my hands were tingling before I could breathe again. It felt like eternity, but I can’t imagine that it lasted longer then 2 minutes.
I was pounding water all week so I know it’s not from that. I’m sure it was a combo of over exertion + low potassium (from washing it out), but who knows. All i know is, if you want a great ab workout, induce yourself a minute or two if muscle spasms and you’ll be set for the week!

This exercise is great for those who want to develop their lower back and glute strength.
Remember to keep your core engaged when doin this one. And slow it down if you want better results.
